 This group is a supportive and empowering community for individuals, both young and adult, who are navigating the unique challenges and opportunities presented by Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Our mission is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can learn skills, grow, and connect with others who understand the journey of ADHD.

Reducing anxiety skills March 6 4:30 for 4 weeks

 

If you're ready to take proactive steps toward managing your anxiety and building resilience, our Anxiety Skills Group is here to support you on your journey. Join us as we explore practical strategies, foster meaningful connections, and empower each other to thrive in spite of anxiety.

Together, we can face anxiety with courage and compassion.

 Our Anxiety Skills Group is open to individuals of all ages who struggle with anxiety, whether it's generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). No prior experience with group therapy is necessary, and participants are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level.
